Series 1
~13,200 gal · 50,000 L
For private homes and estate pools — typical residential volumes around 50,000 L.
170 W · chamber 28 cm
A complete, engineered system for US pools: a stainless copper–silver–zinc water chamber, battery-powered PWM control with LCD, water-flow sensor and AC/DC switch, and a water-testing kit — sized Series 1 through Series 4. Series 3 and Series 4 are customized, indicative models.
The system sits after filtration and before the return. Larger commercial configurations can run chambers in parallel while preserving the same controlled flow path.
Ionization is designed to reduce chlorine dependency. A residual of free chlorine remains part of responsible operation.
Two engineered pieces — stainless chamber and battery PWM control — sized to the pool. Rated volumes from the current product manual. Typical values, subject to model. Assessment confirms the fit to your circulation.

Complete plant-room installation
The original chamber film, now placed where it belongs: alongside the product. Water crosses the copper–silver–zinc anodes while PWM control regulates the release.
The Zinc'd system ships as a set of engineered components that work together.
Stainless water chamber
Stainless chamber with copper, silver and zinc alloy anodes — dimensions vary by series.
Battery-powered control
24 V DC operation with LCD readout, charged from AC 110–230 V via the supplied charging cable.
Water-flow sensor
Confirms circulation before ionization runs. Do not bypass the sensor.
AC/DC switch
Selects charging and operating modes on the control unit.
Water testing kit
For copper, free chlorine and pH — the metrics that keep chemistry in range.
For a single pool, the complete Zinc'd system is available direct at $5,000 — cell, control electronics, battery and charger, and the water-testing kit. Start with an assessment and we'll match the series to your circulation first.
The complete system: stainless Cu–Ag–Zn water chamber, battery-powered control with LCD, water-flow sensor and AC/DC switch, charging cable, and the water-testing kit.
We confirm the right series for your pool before taking payment, so every system ships matched to your circulation.
